ASFM will provide assistance in planning your organization's management, medical and clinical committees meetings to review and assess the status of your quality system. ASFM will assist in developing the meeting agendas and facilitate the meetings to ensure that proper personnel are present, all necessary elements are discussed, action items are assigned, and records are maintained. In addition, ASFM will assist in the preparation of documentation necessary to support the items discussed during the management and committee meetings. (ASFM will ensure that the meeting and their documentation will meet the accreditation bodies' requirements.)
