After Registration Services

 

American Society for Management, Inc. has developed a variety of After Registration Services to assist companies committed to maintaining their quality systems and promoting continuous improvement. The services listed below are available to companies that have established quality systems compliant to the following standards: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, AS 9100, TS 16949 , and TL 9000.

Gap Analysis
ASFM will perform a gap analysis of your company's quality system to identify areas of weakness or to identify opportunities for improvement.

Training Program
ASFM will develop a Training Program that suits your company's needs and goals. This includes:
Course Development - ASFM will develop internal training courses.
Quality Improvement Concepts - since employees (including executive and middle management) have a direct impact on the quality of your product/service, ASFM will provide training in the fundamental concepts of quality improvement, problem solving, and customer satisfaction.
Training Requirements and Awareness - ASFM will develop training requirements for all positions that have impact on the quality of your company's product/service.


Quality Improvement Program
ASFM will develop a Quality Improvement Program. This includes:
Customer satisfaction - collection, analysis, and trending.

Employee Participation Program

ASFM will develop an Employee Participation Program. This includes:
Establishing methods for encouraging employee participation.
Establishing an Incentive Program.

Customer-Company Communication Program
ASFM will develop a Customer-Company Communication Program. This includes:
Establishing methods for soliciting customer input for quality planning activities.
Establishing methods for sharing customer-company expectations and improving the quality of the product.
Establishing methods to track the resolution of issues.

Internal Quality Audit
ASFM will plan and conduct an Internal Quality Audit to verify the level of conformance of tasks performed under your company's quality system to the applicable quality standard requirements.
ASFM will close the nonconformances found during the Internal Quality Audit. This includes documentation update and employee training.

Facilitation of Management Review Meeting (required by all quality standards)
ASFM will provide assistance in planning your company's management meeting to review and assess the status of your quality system.
ASFM will assist in developing the meeting agenda, and will facilitate the meeting to ensure that proper personnel are present, all necessary elements are discussed, action items are assigned, and records are maintained. In addition, ASFM will assist in the preparation of documentation necessary to support the items discussed during the management review meeting.


Suppliers, Vendors, and Subcontractors Audit

On behalf of your company, ASFM will conduct audits on your suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and other service providers. Through systematic and independent examination of your company's suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, ASFM will determine whether their quality activities and related results comply with your company's agreed arrangements and requirements. As your company's representative, ASFM will ensure that those arrangements are implemented effectively and are suitable to achieve your company's objectives and purchase orders.

On-Site Consultation during a Third Party Audit
ASFM will provide on-site consultation during third party quality audits in order to close any findings that may be documented. This includes documentation update and employee training.
